We strive to display accurate images and descriptions but slight variations in color, size, or packaging may occur due to device display differences or supplier changes.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
All payment information must be accurate and current. You agree to update your billing and contact information promptly.
Payment methods accepted will be displayed during checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Customers may request returns or exchanges only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To initiate a return or exchange, an unboxing video is required to verify the product condition. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery notification.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and labels intact.
Products with physical damage, missing parts, torn seals, or in unsellable condition are not eligible for return.
Digital products, software, clearance items, undergarments, and gifts are non-returnable.
If a return is due to our fault (e.g., defective or wrong product), Al Basit Store will cover courier charges up to 50 BDT inside Dhaka and 100 BDT outside Dhaka. Any additional shipping fees must be borne by the customer.
If the return is customer-initiated without any fault on our part, the customer is responsible for all courier charges, payment processing fees, and delivery costs.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Discounts, cashback, or gifts received with the order must be returned or will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Warranty

Some products may come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty service is provided by the brand’s authorized service centers or through Al Basit Store if applicable.
Warranty terms and duration vary by product and brand. Please check product details for warranty information.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful purposes or to violate any laws.
You will not upload malicious software, spam, or false information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
Multiple accounts under the same phone number or email are not allowed to abuse discounts or offers.
